Wedge Wire Screen Plate
A Wedge Wire Screen Plate is a wedge wire screen in a flat panel, offering a perfectly flat and smooth surface with rectangular openings.

Wedge wire screen plates are particularly applicable in separating solids and liquids, or solids and gases, as well as filtering oils, greases, paints, food products, water, fuels, liquid cooling agents, chemicals etc.
Wedge Wire Sieve Bend Screen
A Wedge Wire Sieve Bend Screen consists of a concave curved profile wire screen mounted in a frame with the screen openings perpendicular to the flow. A curved screen has greater capacity than a flat screen due to the exertion of gravitational force as material flows against the curved surface.
As slurry flows down the screen, the sharp leading edge of the wedge wire slices away a thin layer of water and small particles. Larger particles continue down the screen surface with much of the liquid removed. Separation size is considerably smaller than screen openings, usually about one half the opening size.
