Wear Linings
Polylok Products manufactures Wear Liners in any configuration to meet our customers’ needs.
Typically, we cast the polyurethane to a minimum 3mm mild steel backing plate to provide a rigid liner plate that prevents the build up of product behind it.
We can also provide our specially designed Polycap bolts, which incorporate Ø40 c/bores through the poly to simplify the installation process.
Alternatively, we can manufacture wear liners with any hole detail the customer requires or, if they prefer, a blank liner so that the holes can be drilled at their site.
